John Varon Avaron Realty
As a full time real estate investor, certified mortgage advisor and broker, John began his investing career in San Diego, California. He has since completed hundreds of real estate transactions and continues to hold over 20 properties in his personal portfolio. In addition to his personal investing successes, John is also well known as an investing coach and mentor for his clients and for new and seasoned real estate investors. He continues to help investors leverage their time and resources to make the most of their investing decisions.
John served as an accountant at several large firms in San Diego before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own business in the very competitive food industry. In a market where over 90% of businesses fail, John not only succeeded but also helped several of his employees and business associates start up their own businesses. He eventually sold his enterprise to focus entirely on growing his real estate career.
John’s real estate expertise has gone from “how to invest”’ to include “where to invest”. By focusing on hot and emerging markets, John has advised clients and investors on where they can maximize their profits and safely diversify their portfolios. By helping other investors succeed, he has made himself well-known and widely respected in the real estate industry as a seasoned and innovative investing expert.
John has created a personal concierge service for all of his clients. He treats every client with the utmost respect and professionalism and impresses upon them that he is truly interested in their well-being. “I believe our client’s experience, both during and after the transaction process, is unique and unparalleled in the industry”, he noted.
John discovered that the real estate and mortgage industry was lacking high level, well educated advisors that truly understood the significance of proper real estate and mortgage planning. To John, a mortgage is much more than a simple, commoditized tool to purchase real estate. Contrary to traditional thinking, how a mortgage is structured and subsequently integrated into overall financial planning has a significant impact on a client’s ability to create wealth and retire comfortably.
